Blaze The Labrador Made Himself So Unique By His Vitiligo Markings

There are lots of dog breeds and most of them have their unique characteristics. Let’s take German Shepherds as an example because they are a well-known breed. German Shepherds have brown color skin with a black saddle, solid black color, or bi-color.

And if we consider about Labradors, their skin color varies only within solid black, chocolate, or yellow colors. Well, at least, that’s how we used to imagine a Labrador so far. But, the story of this dog, Blaze, is a little bit weird.

Actually, the feedback for the post was great. It seems that many appreciate the beauty of Blaze without a second thought.

Blaze got this unique skin colors due to vitiligo. This is a skin condition that can be developed in humans as well as in cats and dogs. In this condition, natural pigments in the skin get lost.

Most of the time there are no other health issues or symptoms. But it’s better to check with a veterinarian for any hidden diseases.
